Confirmed: Santiago Muñoz joins Newcastle United from Santos Lagunasantiago munez

On Tuesday, the Newcastle-based paperChronicleLivereported that a deal to bring Muñoz from Mexico is all but completed. NUFC confirmed the signing later on. The 19-year-old will initially join the U23 side on an initial 18-month loanfrom Santos Laguna. The Magpies then have an option to make the transfer permanent. It now remains up to Muñoz to replicate Muñez’s story from theGoal!movies.
